Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to join their Calgary office.
This is a full-time, in-office position supporting residential real estate files from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with residential conveyancing and be comfortable managing files independently while providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process residential real estate conveyancing documents
- Manage purchase, sale, refinance, and related real estate files from start to finish
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, realtors, and other law firms
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all file requirements are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date client files
- Assist with Alberta Land Titles requirements and registrations
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant within an Alberta law firm, with a focus on residential real estate
- Strong knowledge of residential real estate conveyancing procedures
- Familiarity with Alberta Land Titles processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple files and deadlines
- Completion of a Legal Assistant Diploma
