Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to join their Calgary office.
This is a full-time, in-office position supporting the firm's corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate legal experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of Alberta corporate law, procedures, and filings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers on a variety of corporate and commercial matters.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain corporate records, minute books, and related documentation.
- Prepare and file corporate documents, registrations, and other required filings.
- Assist with incorporations, amendments, share issuances, reorganizations, and other corporate transactions.
- Prepare annual returns, corporate resolutions, and related documentation.
- Complete and assist with filings through the Alberta Corporate Registry.
- Monitor and manage deadlines, calendars, and follow-up requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and documentation.
- Communicate with clients, government registries, and other stakeholders as required.
- Previous experience working as a Corporate Legal Assistant within an Alberta law firm.
- Experience with CORES Level II or III is required.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta corporate law, procedures, documentation, and filing requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal office software.
