Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, partners, and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project management and estimating within the electrical industry
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management and estimating tools (e.g., procore, sitedocs, accubid)
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance processes
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
  • Educational background preferred: technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering or related field
