Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a knack for operational excellence and project management? We are seeking a Project Manager - Warehouse to lead a critical warehouse improvement initiative. This role involves overseeing on-site activities at a mine site in Idaho, ensuring a secure, organized, and efficient warehouse operation that supports restart readiness and steady-state operations. As the primary on-site representative, you'll coordinate between third-party consultants and internal teams, driving impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 3-month contract to start, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site Owner’s Representative for the warehouse review and organization project
- Manage and oversee the work of third-party consultants, ensuring milestones and site requirements are met
- Coordinate communication across operations, project teams, and vendors
- Support implementation of warehouse lockdown protocols, including access controls and inventory reconciliation
- Assist with comprehensive physical inventory counts and reconciliation with system records
- Improve inventory data accuracy and SAP system integrity
- Contribute to the design of future warehouse layouts, SOPs, KPIs, and operational controls
- Develop a phased implementation roadmap to realize the future state
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain in complex environments such as mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external consultants
- Practical knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, issuing, and inventory controls
- Experience working with ERP systems, especially SAP, with a focus on data integrity and transaction discipline
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, with on-site presence at a mine in Idaho
- Preferred: experience with restart projects, maintenance integration, layout design, and KPI development
