Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English
- Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and processes
- Address customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year customer service, retail, hospitality or call centre experience
