Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are excited to partner with our client to support their growing customer service project. We are currently hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Candidates must be available to work 7 days a week, including weekends.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and customer service goals.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service or contact centre experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Must be available to work 7 days a week, including weekends.
- Ability to work onsite in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
