Insurance Agent

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to become a vital part of the team. Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and emails from clients regarding travel insurance policies.
• Issue, modify, and cancel travel policies through supplier portals and internal systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process refunds and cancellations efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and stay updated with supplier policy documents.
• Follow up with clients for ongoing support and service excellence.

Qualifications:

• LLQP or Level 2 general insurance license with experience in travel insurance, or an ANS license.
• At least 12 months of experience in travel insurance customer support.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness.
• Ability to navigate supplier portals and internal CRM systems.
• Willingness to obtain or upgrade to appropriate licensing if not already licensed.
