Join a collaborative and high-performing boutique law firm where your work directly contributes to exceptional client service and the success of a growing legal team. We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to support our securities and corporate professionals in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow your career.
About Our Client
Our client is a boutique law firm specializing in securities and corporate and commercial law. The firm is passionate about providing clients with the highest quality legal advice and service and maintains a strong commitment to excellence. Its culture is inclusive, friendly, and supportive, with an emphasis on helping team members achieve their career goals. The organization is also an early adopter of new technology and values positivity, energy, flexibility, and a willingness to embrace new ways of working.
About the Opportunity
This is a full-time Paralegal opportunity offering career growth and the chance to become an integral member of a collaborative legal team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills through exposure to a diverse range of corporate and securities matters while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a high-performance environment.
Following successful completion of the probationary period, this position can be performed on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work from home up to three days per week.
About the Position
As a Paralegal, you will provide comprehensive support to the firm's securities and corporate professionals. The role combines legal administrative responsibilities, file management, billing support, client service, and general office support.
