- You’re a strong operator. You keep listings on track from inquiry to lease signing, with a clear action plan and timeline.
- You proactively monitor progress and remove roadblocks—whether it’s low inquiry volume, delayed showings, or missing owner approvals.
- You follow through on every detail, from coordinating with Repair Coordination to ensuring the lockbox is installed before starting showings.
- You guide owners through the process, setting expectations and helping them understand what’s needed to lease quickly.
- You give regular, proactive updates—including weekly required calls—to explain listing activity, feedback, and next steps.
- You know how to influence: if the listing isn’t getting traction, you can make the case for a price change or marketing adjustment.
- You manage multiple leasing requests at once, keeping everything updated and documented in real-time.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities—and you know how to stay focused without needing hand-holding.
- You collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate timelines.
- Confident communicator who can professionally push back and influence owners
- Outgoing, high-energy personality who is comfortable being on calls and building relationships
- Go-getter mentality — proactive, quick learner, willing to take initiative and go the extra mile
- Leasing experience is not required — personality, communication and relationship-building are more important.
- Sales experience, ideally with a consultative or conversion-focused element is a big asset
