Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruption.
- Support production systems and respond effectively to critical incidents.
- Contribute to major projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in SQL programming with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with Java, .NET (C#), and PowerShell is essential.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development.
- Experience with deployment, source control, and batch scripting tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support production environments.
- Recent experience supporting enterprise applications in a live setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bonus points for knowledge of ServiceNow and network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark or Fiddler.
- A background in computer systems technology or related fields is preferred.
