Our client is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to oversee and execute day-to-day supply chain operations. You will manage and support a small team to ensure smooth operations to meet business demands. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the supply chain function.

Demand & Supply Planning
- Oversee the day-to-day Operations Planning process, aligning demand forecasts with production capacity and inventory targets.
- Monitor and adjust plans to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer demands.
- Ensure On-Time performance by tracking orders, identifying service failures, and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Address customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials and packaging, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any supply issues.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier relationships and compliance with cross-border trade regulations.
- Ensure efficient transportation and distribution of goods.
- Maintain master data integrity in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).
- Utilize supply chain planning tools to track performance and generate operational reports.
- Support the development of dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Lead and develop a supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, finance) to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Related experience will be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations. Preference for those with manufacturing experience.
- 1+ years in a supervisory or managerial role within supply chain.
- Must have a background in logistics with
- Proficiency in an ERP systems and Microsoft platforms.
- Experience with supply chain planning tools and data analysis.
- Familiarity with 3PL management, co-manufacturing, and cross-border logistics.
