They specialize in complex infrastructure projects with a strong focus on healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors. Due to continued growth and strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are seeking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team.

About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, community-focused projects across our construction and development portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive professional who can drive projects forward, build strong relationships, and make sound decisions in fast-paced and evolving environments.

You’ll take ownership of projects from initial planning through to successful close-out, working collaboratively with development, finance, operations, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This opportunity is available to candidates based in Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Langley, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Delta, Richmond, and North Vancouver.

About The Position
  • Driving schedules, budgets, and quality with a strong focus on outcomes
  • Working closely with Superintendents, Project Coordinators, consultants, and internal teams
  • Coordinating stakeholders to ensure alignment and avoid execution bottlenecks
  • Proactively identifying and managing project risks
  • Developing and maintaining realistic schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Surfacing issues early and proposing practical solutions.
  • Leading and supporting Project Coordinators and other PM staff
  • Actively developing people — building capability, confidence, and ownership
  • Providing clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Managing consultants, vendors, and contracts with confidence and professionalism
  • Championing a strong safety culture in partnership with site leadership
The Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Project Manager.
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification.
  • Experience in delivering large complex construcion projects from beginning to end.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 DOE
  • Vehicle Allowance
  • Performance related bonus
