In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of claims adjusters handling complex protection product claims, such as tire replacements, RV components, and cosmetic repairs. Compensation
Competitive base salary between $85,000 - $95,000 with potential performance-based incentives and opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of ancillary product claims adjusters, ensuring timely and accurate claim resolution
  • Handle complex claims cases related to protection products, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline claims processes and improve service delivery
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and report on team performance metrics
Qualifications
  • Valid British Columbia Level 3 Insurance Adjuster License in good standing
  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive or insurance claims preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Edmonton and participate in rotating Saturday shifts if required
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field is highly desirable
