Personal Lines Advisor

Compensation

• $60,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus annual performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, managing a moderate call volume, average of 10 calls
• Assist clients with coverage options, risk assessments, and premium calculations
• Support the team with technical insurance duties related to auto and property policies

Qualifications

• Level 1 License from the Alberta Insurance Council (Level 2 preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and browsing web desktops
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting with adequate technical infrastructure
