Aplin has partnered with a well-established downtown Edmonton law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Paralegal. For the right candidate, the firm is open to a 4-day work week—a rare opportunity in today's legal market.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial lending and purchase/sale files from open to close, including diary management, closing dates, reporting documentation, and file organization.
- Obtain searches and complete registrations with the Land Titles Office, Personal Property Registry, and Tax Registries.
- Draft, assemble, and organize commercial lending and purchase/sale documentation.
- Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions transactions.
- Prepare and distribute monthly account statements to clients.
- Open and maintain files and provide general administrative support as required.
- Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
