About Our Client

  • Complete required daily paperwork and safety documentation using the company’s tools/platforms
Requirements
  • Journeyman Electrician (or a strong 3rd/4th year apprentice who’s close and performing at a high level)
  • Reliable: on-time, consistent, honest, engaged (this is a top priority)
  • Comfortable working in a production environment where schedule matters
  • Pride in quality and willingness to be accountable for your work
  • Interest in long-term growth (lead hand / foreman progression)
  • Open to using digital tools for safety/time tracking and basic scheduling visibility (phone-accessible)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Journeyman rate starting around $38 - $43n hour
  • 3 weeks paid vacation
  • Health and dental benefits
  • Potential for signing bonus / relocation conversation for out-of-province candidates (case-by-case)
