Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are seeking a Receptionist for our client in Winnipeg on a temporary-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a company, with the potential to transition into a permanent, full-time position.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
  • Create and process customer orders
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and outstanding information
  • Respond to email inquiries and provide administrative support
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office records
  • Perform general reception and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Experience creating orders and invoices is an asset
