We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to support our client on the East side of the city. This person will lead the leasing strategy for our commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing rental revenue, negotiating lease agreements, and building strong relationships with tenants and the brokerage community.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Source, qualify, and secure new tenants.
- Negotiate new leases, renewals, expansions, and amendments.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial brokers and prospective tenants.
- Analyze market trends and recommend competitive leasing strategies.
- Monitor lease expiries and proactively manage renewals.
- Collaborate with Property Management and senior leadership to enhance portfolio performance.
- Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- 5+ years of commercial leasing experience.
- Proven success negotiating commercial lease agreements.
- Strong knowledge of retail, office, and/or industrial leasing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is required.
