We have partnered with a client looking for an Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving customer challenges, and being the trusted face of our organization across Western Canada.
This is more than a sales role. You'll be the first call when customers need support, the person who helps strengthen partnerships, and a key contributor to a close-knit team that values integrity, accountability, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across your territory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and support.
- Conduct regular customer visits and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support contract renewals, quotations, tenders, and customer retention initiatives.
- Develop relationships with community leaders and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in customer appreciation events, trade shows, golf tournaments, and other industry functions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive outstanding support.
- Experience in account management, business development, sales, or customer service.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Regular travel throughout Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Northwestern Ontario.
- Typically 1–2 overnight stays per week.
