Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide coverage for a full time 5-week contract assignment in downtown Calgary.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, boardrooms, couriers, and office logistics
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents and presentations
  • Support data entry, reporting, and database maintenance
  • Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and follow-up items
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure shared spaces remain organized and professional
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Previous experience within construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services is considered an asset
