Our client, a leader in the industrial services space, is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join their amazing team in Edmonton, AB.
Summary Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and meeting sales targets through phone, email, and other digital communication methods. This role involves prospecting leads, qualifying potential customers, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the growth of the business.

Primary Accountabilities & Result Areas:
- Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical, and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
- Support and collaborate with Inside Sales Team in all aspects of orders and opportunity development.
- Manage large email volume.
- 2-3 years’ direct work experience in an inside sales or customer service capacity. Consideration will be given to previous manufacturing/customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills & experience.
- Strong prioritization, time management and organization skills
