Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure core Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 applications
  • Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements based on business needs
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform technical root-cause analysis and provide actionable solutions
  • Document procedures, populate knowledge databases, and create testing documentation
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security standards
  • Support ongoing application maintenance and upgrades
Qualifications
  • University degree or College diploma in computer science or related field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience with Dynamics 365/CRM (version 2016 or newer)
  • Proven proficiency with JavaScript and C# within Visual Studio
  • Strong experience working with .NET Framework and Web API services, Swagger, and PowerShell scripting
  • Solid understanding of source control systems like TFS, SVN, or CVS
  • Ability to acquire Reliability Security Clearance (must have lived in Canada for at least five years)
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience working with RESTful services and integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages or middleware solutions
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued
