Our client, a well-established leader in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Recruiter to join their team in Regina, Saskatchewan.

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across a variety of hourly and operational positions, supporting workforce planning initiatives and helping the organization attract and retain top talent. Working closely with HR and operational leaders, the successful candidate will play a key role in building talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, operational, production, and industrial positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and other creative recruitment methods.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Prepare and extend employment offers while supporting candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, construction, logistics, transportation, or skilled trades environments.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
