About The Position
The Senior Transactions Paralegal will support corporate and transactional legal matters involving private companies. Responsibilities include preparing transaction and closing documents, coordinating transaction signings and closings, drafting corporate resolutions and organizational documents, conducting due diligence searches, and maintaining corporate records.
The role involves working on incorporations, reorganizations, amalgamations, dissolutions, share transactions, and other corporate matters under both BC and Federal legislation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with lawyers and legal staff while independently managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

The Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal with transaction experience
- Strong knowledge of BC and Federal corporate statutes, registries, and filing systems
- Completion of a Paralegal Program or equivalent law firm/in-house experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Appara, ALF, iManage, Closing Folders, DocuSign, and/or Soluno preferred
- Experience with Alberta corporate filings considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset and desire for continued professional growth
- Salary: $85,000-$135,000
