Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a growing fintech company to hire a Senior Manager, Partner Success & Account Management! This will be a permanent opportunity based in either Toronto or Vancouver and requires a full-time in-office presence.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.

  • Compensation: $120,000–$140,000 base salary plus OTE performance bonus
  • Please note, this role is fully onsite in the client's Toronto, ON, or Vancouver, BC office. 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Account Management / Partner Success team
  • Drive daily and weekly execution across clinic engagement, onboarding, activation, and funded volume performance
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including conversion rates, onboarding completion, activation rates, and partner activity
  • Ensure inbound clinic leads are contacted promptly, and onboarding timelines are achieved
  • Coach and hold Account Managers accountable to activity levels, follow-up standards, conversion targets, and funded volume goals
  • Identify stalled, dormant, or underperforming clinic partners and implement corrective action plans
  • Maintain strong Salesforce discipline, pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting and actionable insights to leadership
  • Lead structured team meetings focused on accountability, metrics, blockers, and next steps
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, communication, and operational effectiveness
  • Support the ongoing growth and scaling of the Partner Success function
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, partner success, customer success, sales operations, or revenue-focused leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing teams against KPIs, activity targets, and performance metrics
  • Strong Salesforce and reporting experience with the ability to analyze funnel and performance data
  • Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps and drive corrective action
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and holding frontline teams accountable
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage high-volume day-to-day execution
  • Highly organized, practical, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Experience within fintech, lending, healthcare, SaaS, payments, or partner-driven businesses is considered an asset
  • Bilingual English/French is considered an asset
