Our Property Management client based out of Kelowna are looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager to join their team and support the Residential Property Manager with their rental portfolio. 

Compensation
  • $60,000 - $75,000 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Property Manager with daily property operations, administration, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate resident records, leases, and documentation in compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with rent collection, arrears follow-up, and lease renewals.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate communication between residents, contractors, vendors, and internal head office teams.
  • Conduct property tours, respond to leasing inquiries, and support leasing efforts to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Process rental applications, verify references, and prepare lease agreements.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, track open work orders, and follow up to ensure completion and resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure show suites and common areas are always well maintained and presentable.
  • Support resident engagement initiatives and community-building events.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, Occupational Health & Safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years’ experience in residential property management, leasing, or administration.
