Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Benefits package + RRSP matching (post-probation)

  • On-site role based in Downtown Toronto
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through review, approval, execution, and archiving
  • Track contracts through all stages including drafting, revisions, approvals, signatures, and renewals
  • Maintain and update contract databases, records, and tracking systems
  • Coordinate contract signatures using DocuSign and internal approval processes
  • Review contracts for completeness, formatting, and document consistency
  • Support lawyers with contract version control and document comparison
  • Prepare contract summaries, status updates, and reporting materials for internal stakeholders
  • Track contract deadlines, renewals, and upcoming expirations
  • Assist with compliance documentation, vendor onboarding, and KYC-related processes
  • Organize and maintain corporate compliance files and regulatory documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments including legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams
  • Support audits by preparing document packages and records 
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in contracts administration, legal support, or compliance-related roles
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles
  • Experience with document management systems or contract lifecycle management platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience in tracking and reporting data
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures closely
