These opportunities are anticipated to support departments including Public Works, Social Services, and Long-Term Care, and will offer hybrid work arrangements with 2 days in office. This is a 6 month contract with potential for an extension.

Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: $30 to $45/hour
- Please note, this role is a hybrid work model (2 days at Client’s Whitby, ON office)
- 6 month contract with potential for an extension.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and workforce requirements
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach strategies
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
- Coordinate interviews and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking within applicant tracking systems
- Provide recruitment updates and hiring recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Support recruitment projects and assist with process improvements as needed
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment within corporate, public sector, healthcare, or high-volume environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
