Accounts Payable

A well-established organization in Mississauga, ON is hiring Accounts Payable Clerks to join their finance team. This is a fully on-site role during training and transitioning to a hybrid schedule (1–2 days per week in office). 6-month contract with potential for an extension!

These roles support high-volume invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and general AP administration in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• $25 – $30/hour
• Hybrid after training (1–2 days onsite)
• Immediate start

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume invoices using OCR/AP workflow system
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receipt)
• Vendor statement reconciliations and issue resolution
• Invoice and payment lookups
• Vendor communication and follow-ups
• Filing, scanning, and document organization
• Support general AP and reporting tasks

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Invoice processing and vendor reconciliation experience
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas)
• Experience with AP/OCR workflow systems as an asset
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable in high-volume, process-driven environment
