We’re partnering with a well-established, privately held organization in SW Edmonton to hire an Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator. This is a key front-facing role supporting the President while also acting as the central hub of the office.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident, highly organized, and thrives in a professional environment where they can take ownership and bring structure. The role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal direction.
This role is fully in office in SW Edmonton.

What You’ll Do
- Provide dedicated support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and email triage
- Act as the first point of contact for the office, answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing incoming communications
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, presentations, and boardroom logistics
- Support leadership with documents, correspondence, expense reminders, and administrative coordination
- Plan and coordinate company events, travel, and internal meetings
- Maintain office organization including filing, supplies, inventory, and general operations
- Assist with presentation creation and formatting using Word and PowerPoint
- Provide ad hoc administrative support across the team as needed
- 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, or Office Coordinator role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (ability to create professional documents, templates, and presentations)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a role with limited structure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a small to mid-sized business environment is an asset
- Event planning or coordination experience is an asset
