Accounts Receivable Clerk

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon with Aplin are currently seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for a part-time, onsite opportunity for an immediate temporary position in Winnipeg. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process billings for physicians accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile incoming payments and investigate discrepancies
• Coordinate and organize supporting documentation for billing and payment records
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and updates

Qualifications

• 2 plus years of billing experience in a healthcare setting 
• Experience with Accuro
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
• Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Criminal background check is required
