We are looking for experienced Reach Stacker and Hystacker Operators to support our shiploading operations during peak season. This role is critical to maintaining efficient container and bulk material handling at the terminal. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate reach stackers and hystackers safely and efficiently for loading and unloading containers and materials
- Stack, move, and organize containers in yard and dock areas to support shiploading operations
- Coordinate with supervisors, signalers, and other operators to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform pre-operational inspections and routine equipment checks
- Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation
- Follow all company safety procedures and site regulations
- Assist with general yard duties as required during peak operations
- Proven experience operating reach stackers and/or hystackers (required)
- Valid equipment operator certification or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of safe lifting, stacking, and load securement practices
- Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, during peak season
- Physically capable of working in outdoor and industrial conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in port, terminal, or shiploading operations
- Familiarity with container yard logistics and inventory systems
- Mechanical aptitude for minor troubleshooting and maintenance
- Additional heavy equipment experience
