Director, Communications

The Director, Communications is the senior strategic lead for Corporate and CEO communications. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, CEO Office, and operating under the broader remit of the Global CHRO, this role is accountable for shaping the corporate narrative of the organization, defining the CEO’s tone of voice, and building a new internal communications function.

This is a hybrid role. 

Compensation

• Expected salary is $150,000 annually, + bonus (commensurate with experience)

Key Accountabilities

• Own and evolve the organization’s corporate narrative across strategy, performance, culture and change.
• Define and steward the CEO tone of voice, including quarterly results, enterprise updates and major initiatives.
• Act as strategic communications advisor to the leadership team.
• Build and lead the organization’s internal communications function, including governance and capability.
• Partner closely with HR Leadership Development, Investor Relations, Legal and Risk teams.

Experience and Capability Requirements

• 10 years of progressive experience in corporate, CEO or enterprise communications with bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience advising senior executives on strategic communications and change.
• Demonstrated success owning enterprise‑level corporate narratives.
• Experience building or leading communications functions in complex organizations.
• Strong strategic judgement, discretion and ability to operate with ambiguity.
• Exceptional written communication and executive presence.
