Business Analyst

Tammy Boyko and Carlan Wilbon are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for an immediate on-site opportunity in Winnipeg within the healthcare sector. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead business and systems analysis activities for healthcare information system implementation and upgrade projects
• Conduct detailed process mapping, workflow analysis, and requirements elicitation with clinical and operational stakeholders
• Perform integration analysis to support the development of system interfaces between clinical and enterprise applications
• Support implementation and optimization of electronic clinical systems across acute care, long-term care, and home care environments
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Support configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities for clinical applications
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders to ensure successful system integration and adoption
• Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement activities in alignment with project objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance within project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the quality standard

Qualifications:

• Valid PROSCI Organizational Change Management certification is required
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is required
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is required
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare information system implementations
• 5+ years of experience implementing clinical information systems supporting long-term care or home care patient registration
• 5+ years of experience implementing the Procura suite of products in a long-term care environment
• 3+ years of experience performing integration analysis to support system interface development
• 2+ years of experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite in clinical environments
• 1+ year of experience implementing PowerScribe in a healthcare environment
• Criminal background check is required
