Impact Recruitment is pleased to partner with a respected litigation practice in Vancouver that is looking to add an associate lawyer to its growing insurance coverage group. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior counsel on a diverse range of complex coverage matters while continuing to build hands-on litigation experience in a supportive and progressive environment.
Compensation
The successful candidate will work closely with senior counsel on a broad range of insurance coverage matters, which will form the core of their practice. This includes work across commercial property, builders risk, general and commercial liability, wrap-up liability, professional liability, directors & officers, and errors & omissions policies. The associate will also maintain a general civil litigation practice to complement their experience. Intermediate associates will be expected to manage their own files, commensurate with complexity.

Compensation
- $143,000+ commensurate with experience
- 4 weeks vacation

Qualifications
- Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
- 3+ years of post call experience. Dedicated focus on insurance coverage matters is required
- Comfortable with a 1600 annual billable target
