We are partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven insurance brokerage that is redefining how Canadians experience personal lines insurance. Role Overview
This is an inbound sales role focused on converting warm leads and maximizing quote-to-bind ratios. You will handle a high volume of inbound inquiries, follow up on unclosed quotes, and consistently drive new business through strong sales execution.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a structured, metrics-based environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls, online leads, and quote follow-ups
  • Convert opportunities into closed business through effective needs-based selling
  • Proactively follow up on pending quotes to maximize conversion rates
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (minimum ~13 closures/week expectation)
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across personal lines products
  • Provide professional, client-focused service while maintaining strong sales performance
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and internal processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to support deal completion
  • Participate in ongoing product and system training
Requirements
  • RIBO License (mandatory)
  • 1–3+ years of personal lines brokerage experience (home & auto preferred)
  • Proven success in a sales-driven or call center environment
  • Strong closing ability and confidence asking for the sale
  • Comfortable working toward aggressive performance targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with broker management systems and insurer portals is an asset
