About The Opportunity
This national role across multiple provinces—particularly BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario. You will be responsible for full project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets are consistently met, while maintaining close collaboration with superintendents, trades, clients, and consultants. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys frequent travel.

About The Position
As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project scope, design, safety, and quality standards. You will coordinate both internal and external teams, provide on-site support, manage contracts, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. 

Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution across Canada, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are achieved
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Manage contracts, procurement, invoicing, and ensure site compliance with safety regulations and building codes
  • Provide guidance to site staff and support construction planning and execution
  • Ensure projects adhere to specifications, regulatory requirements, and safety standards
Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of progressive construction management experience
  • Demonstrated success managing commercial, residential, warehouse, or retail projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, codes, and safety standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Canada
  • Experience with large retail or distribution/warehouse projects is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
  • Comprehensive Medical & Dental Coverage
