Senior Property Manager (Mixed-Use Portfolio)

Compensation

• $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Completing regular site inspections of properties including vacant units, building common areas and repairing deficiencies promptly.
• Forecasting operational and capital budgets for properties.
• Negotiating new leases and monitoring lease expirations, as well as reading, interpreting & preparing lease agreements.
• Working with real estate agents and brokers 
• Providing leadership and supervision to Residential Managers.
• Effectively negotiating service contracts.
• Monitoring the timely collection of rents including necessary follow-up and when required, oversee legal and collection action
• Handle tenant inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a commercial and/or residential portfolio
• Experience forecasting budgets
• Experience managing Building Managers
