Personal Lines CSR

What you'll do:

• Prepare, review, and process applications, endorsements, binders, and invoicing via EPIC and carrier portals
• Recommend additional coverages to clients and assist with renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
• Build strong relationships by communicating effectively through calls, emails, etc.
• Maintain detailed electronic client files, manage renewal lists, and support special projects as needed
• Respond promptly to client and underwriter inquiries, providing expert guidance on coverage options and risk management

What you bring:

• 2 to 5 years of personal lines experience within a brokerage environment
• RIBO license is required
• Solid understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages
• Familiarity with Epic and/or Compuquote is a plus
• Comfortable on the phone, with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated problem solver with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 to $65,000 in base salary commensurate with experience
• Commission for friends & family business you write
