Safety Administrator

We are hiring a Safety Administrator to support a busy safety team on a 1-month contract with potential for extension. This role is focused on managing contractor compliance platforms and ensuring all requirements are met.

This is an on-site role in South Edmonton starting immediately.

What You’ll Do

• Manage contractor compliance platforms, including Avetta, ISN, and/or ComplyWorks
• Ensure all contractor compliance requirements are current, complete, and accurate
• Coordinate with contractors to collect, verify, and maintain required documentation
• Support the internal safety team with compliance tracking, reporting, and administration
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding compliance items
• Maintain organized, accurate records across systems

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Avetta, ISN, or ComplyWorks (must have experience in at least one)
• Ability to step into this role quickly with minimal onboarding
• Comfort working in a structured, compliance-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
• Experience supporting contractor or vendor compliance is required
• Exposure to safety programs or OHS environments is an asset
