We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to own and grow a customer base through the sale of parts, service, maintenance programs, and equipment.
You’ll be the go-to contact for your customers, helping keep their operations running while identifying new opportunities to add value—and grow revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through daily sales activity (~10 calls/day)
- Sell parts, service, planned maintenance (PM), inspections, rentals, used equipment, and allied products
- Identify customer needs and recommend practical, value-driven solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to close business
- Maintain and renew PM agreements and keep equipment records up to date
- Attend new equipment deliveries to introduce service programs and build relationships early
- Prospect for new business and build a strong pipeline
- Stay sharp on product knowledge and communicate value clearly
- Majority of time in the field; limited office/admin work
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Service teams
- Track activity, manage your pipeline, and report on results
- Participate in regular sales and production meetings
- Strong, long-term customer relationships
- Consistent sales performance across multiple revenue streams
- High retention and growth within your accounts
- Proactive, reliable follow-up and execution
- Sales or account management experience (B2B or equipment industry is an asset)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- A hands-on, solutions-first mindset
