Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a well-established boutique law firm on the search for a Residential Real Estate Paralegal. This role will support one lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on residential transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented real estate professional who enjoys managing files independently while working in a small, collaborative firm environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage residential real estate files from open to close
  • Prepare and review purchase and sale agreements and closing documents
  • Conduct title searches and review title insurance
  • Coordinate with lenders, builders, clients, and other legal professionals to facilitate smooth closings
  • Review statements of adjustments and trust letters
  • Manage key closing dates and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain organized file documentation and support the lawyer throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience
  • Strong understanding of Manitoba real estate processes and documentation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
