General scope includes the proactive planning and coordination of all mill maintenance activities – safety, job and outage planning and scheduling, asset management, risk assessment, best practice maintenance standards and procedures, reliability and continuous improvement, and more.

Five years’ maintenance planning experience in a fixed plant mine setting and Red Seal Millwright certification (or equivalent) are required. Gold processing experience is desired (crushing, coarse stockpile, grinding rolls, ball and vertical mills, gravity concentrate, leaching and in pulp, stripping and electrowinning, cyanide destruction).

This opportunity includes industry-leading compensation, and even-in even-out default fly-in fly-out rotation, daily overtime, 12-hour workdays, and full access to on-site room and board, including fitness and recreational amenities; prepaid flights and hotels, reimbursement of meals and incidental expenses, and more.
