Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bids and proposals for project work
• Plan, schedule, and manage assigned projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the department

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, construction related field
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience and exposure to construction industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility
