Our Client is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage prospective clients for our personal benefits team. This is a hybrid role based in Edmonton, offering the flexibility to work remotely while also collaborating in the office. Roles and Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential business leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking opportunities
- Leverage marketing-generated prospect lists to contact and qualify leads via phone calls, email campaigns, and other communication methods
- Generate high-quality leads for personal benefits consultants by engaging prospective clients and identifying their needs
- Develop, maintain, and update a database of leads and prospects for ongoing and future outreach
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine and execute effective lead generation strategies
- Analyze lead generation performance metrics and prepare reports to track results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices related to lead generation
- Deliver a professional and positive experience in every client interaction
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities independently while meeting deadlines
- Participate in training sessions and internal initiatives as required
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM software, and digital outreach platforms
- Experience developing and executing lead generation strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
