Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with a manufacturing facility in south Winnipeg on the search for a Receptionist. This is a full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm role. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused administrative professional who acts as the welcoming face of the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys supporting multiple teams, and takes pride in creating a professional and well-organized workplace.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a warm, professional experience
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate day-to-day reception and office administration, including meeting rooms, mail, office supplies, and business lunches
- Support administrative processes such as expense reporting, vendor invoice handling, parking and access tracking, and record maintenance
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Environmental Health & Safety teams on employee programs, certifications, PPE, and workplace initiatives
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation using systems such as MS Office and SAP
- Ensure reception and office areas remain organized, compliant, and welcoming
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- 1–2 years of experience in an office, reception, or administrative role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding phone etiquette
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when required
