- $60,000 - $65,000 per annum

- Take direction from the Property Management team and in conjunction with team members, assists with all activities related to operation, maintenance and repair of all building systems, including internal work orders and service contracts performed by outside service providers.
- Manage service providers, material delivery and contract service vendors as they report to site for work.
- In conjunction with teammates, manage and perform all activities related to maintenance and repair of all internal/external building systems.
- Assist in managing and prioritize internal work orders, and service contracts performed by outside service providers.
- Supervise, schedule and be proficient at routine maintenance work as necessary to maintain building(s) to the highest standards, such as painting, woodwork, parkade maintenance (exterior and interior power washing, including snow maintenance).
- Yardi Facility Manager experience or compatible platform for online workorders.
- Maintain service provider/contractor check-in and key logs.
- Perform inspections of all building systems such as HVAC, electrical/lighting, plumbing, life safety and any other operational building systems.
- Schedule and document as required all building key component and life safety infrastructure for quarterly, semi-annual and annual maintenance.
- Assist and/or respond to any maintenance related emergencies including after regular business hours.
- 2+ years of commercial maintenance experience
- Hands on experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical
