About The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and entrepreneurial salesperson to take ownership of the Canadian market. You’ll work closely with global teams to deliver high-quality warehouse automation systems, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the company’s continued growth. The position offers autonomy, international exposure, and opportunities for professional development and travel.

About The Position
  • Identify and develop new customers in the warehouse equipment market through exhibitions, research, and referrals.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations that highlight key features and benefits to meet customer needs.
  • Lead sales negotiations covering pricing, terms, delivery, and after-sales service to close successful deals.
  • Gather and analyze market insights on trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer support.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets through effective selling and relationship management.
The Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales or sales management experience in warehouse automation, logistics equipment, or material handling industries
  • Proven ability to generate new business and expand market presence through industry contacts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Canada
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary $60,000 to $80,000, plus performance-based commission
  • Standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
