You’ll collaborate closely with the President to ensure an exceptional client experience, supported by a remarketing team and administrative staff. The role may also include the opportunity to generate new business, though production is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a diverse book of small to mid-sized commercial accounts
- Handle full-cycle account management (renewals, remarketing, client servicing, documentation, and inquiries)
- Collaborate with the President and support team to ensure seamless client experience
- Participate in remarketing with assistance from a dedicated remarketing team
- Provide professional and timely responses to client requests
- Optional opportunity to produce new business
The Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of commercial insurance experience in a CSR or Account Manager role
- Proven ability to manage small to mid-sized commercial accounts independently
- Strong understanding of commercial lines, including general, E&O, D&O, and contractors
- Proficient with brokerage workflows and multiple markets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills
- Ability to perform full 360 account management responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- Familiarity with Power Broker or similar brokerage management systems
Compensation
- Salary: Around $90K (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Commission: 40% on new business, 25% on renewals, 10% on personal lines (referred business), and Additional commission on walk-in or call-in clients
- Benefits: Full health and dental coverage
