About The Position:
- Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)
- Handle sales and service inquiries from a primarily referral-based clientele
- Assist walk in clients
- Maintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independence
- Must be able to work in office Monday to Friday
- Level 2 Alberta license
- 5-10 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
- Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
- Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
- Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression
- $70,000 - $95,000 base salary depending on experience
